1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from date of shipment:

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Other Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary based on location and other factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order value
  • Delivery location
  • Product weight and dimensions

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹500 for most locations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using this number on our website or the courier's website.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We currently ship to all locations within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package will be returned to us and you may be charged return shipping fees.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately. For packages that appear undamaged but contents are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
